Super Back to the Future II este un platformer 2D bazat pe filmul blockbuster, Back to the Future II. Jocul a fost dezvoltat de Daft și publicat de Toshiba-EMI pentru Super Famicom în Japonia, pe 23 iulie 1993. Jocul urmează cu desăvârșire complotul filmului, cu personaje reimaginate ca versiuni super deformate. Marty McFly se deplasează exclusiv pe hoverboard-ul Mattel din film, folosind viteza sa pentru a trece prin etape. Super straniu Super Back to the Future II nu a fost niciodată lansat în afara Japoniei, dar a fost creat un patch neoficial de traducere engleză de către grupul de hacking polonez român la 13 ianuarie 2012.
